Description
Skeleton of cellular, cassiculate, oblique pachystromes and scattered dissepiments, in some successive phases including short pachysteles, structural elements in tangential section cut as labyrinthine network or discrete vermiform elements. [Problems concerning the type and definition of the genus have been discussed by Stearn (1993)].
